KWEENS does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, personal preference, or sizing preferences.

If a product arrives broken, damaged, or defective, a replacement may be provided after verification.

A complete 360° unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or defect claim. The video must clearly show the unopened package, shipping label, packaging, and product while being unpacked.
